Footprints2Wellbeing

Footprints2Wellbeing gives short-term psychosocial support to people with moderate to severe and/or episodic mental illness. Its objective is to promote mental health and wellness.

This is a free program.

Footprints2Wellbeing staff are based in Lismore, Grafton, Ballina, Kempsey, Port Macquarie and Coffs Harbour. They also support people in surrounding areas and in smaller local towns.

Who is eligible to take part?

Anyone aged 12 and over and who is not registered for the NDIS and who has intermittent moderate to severe mental illness and reduced psychosocial functioning can take part.
