Healthy North Coast Ltd (HNCL), trading as North Coast Primary Health Network, is pleased to invite nominations from suitably experienced applicants for an independent director role on the HNCL Board of Directors.
There will be up to two vacant director positions from the close of the 2019 NCPHN Annual General Meeting. Candidates are advised that the term of office for new directors is three years, beginning at the close of the 2019 NCPHN Annual General Meeting.
Our organisation is governed by a nine member skills-based board of non-executive directors who play a critical role in the strategic leadership of the company. With a recent executive team restructure, an exciting opportunity exists for new directors to join the board and be involved in shaping the business for future success and long-term sustainability, as well as having a real impact on the improvement of the health of the North Coast community through primary health care.
If you have a passion for the health and wellbeing of the community, and have previous experience serving on boards of medium sized organisations, then this role may be suited to you. Direct experience in the health sector is not essential.
