Diabetes in Practice for Nurses

Are you looking to improve the support you provide to people living with diabetes?

‘Diabetes in Practice for Nurses’ is a person-centred, evidence-based online course that incorporates contemporary health literacy principles. Nurses will benefit from this course by learning how to teach people living with diabetes to manage their condition and prevent complications, as well as providing support and being able to explain diabetes and how to manage it.

12 CPD hours, accredited by the Australian Primary Health Care Nurses Association.

Price: $110 – subsidised by the National Diabetes Services Scheme – LIMITED NUMBERS (normally $325).

The course can be completed anytime, anywhere over a 12-month period, making it very accessible.
