Expressions of Interest – Senior Clinician HealthPathways

Healthy North Coast is seeking a GP to provide clinical leadership in the development, completion and publication of HealthPathways.

Your role will be to support the wider HealthPathways team to contribute to strategic developments for improved partnerships and communication between elements of the health system:

  • Improve access to the right care, in the right place, by the right team by making care navigation easier.
  • Improve the quality and timeliness of referrals by documenting and sharing evidence-based, locally agreed clinical pathways.
  • Facilitate the provision of high quality, multidisciplinary professional development opportunities for primary health care and local health district clinicians.

A position is available for eight hours per week based in either Ballina or Tweed Heads until 27 March 2020 (there may be an opportunity for an extension). There is some flexibility to negotiate working your hours across multiple days of the week.
