Cultural Awareness Training

Improving the cultural competency of health care services can increase Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples’ access to health care, increase the effectiveness of care that is received, and contribute to closing the gap in health outcomes.

NCPHN regularly coordinates free cultural awareness training for clinicians working in primary health care.
